WHOLESALE CLIENTS

Wholesale clients are ORGANIZATIONS that create an account before placing an order. Examples of organizations are schools, school districts, professional associations, and family reunion groups.

Creating An Account

To create an account, a contact person for your organization submits a registration form. That form is either accepted or rejected. An email notice of your status is sent to your contact person. If rejected, your contact person must resubmit to be accepted as a wholesale client.

Receiving Wholesale Product Price Discounts

Wholesale clients purchase in bulk for an organization or group at a wholesale price. Your wholesale product price varies depending the product quantities ordered.  

To receive a wholesale price, the wholesale client must first login to his or her account. Products available for purchase are displayed at the wholesale prices, based on quantity ordered.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - INVOICING

Invoices are generated when the order is submitted.  Invoice terms are due upon receipt. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - DELIVERY

The products purchased, excluding virtual products, are delivered in approximately 30 business days after purchase via our dropshipping policy. 

Virtual products may be downloaded to your computer immediately after purchase. 

ACCEPTABLE METHODS OF PAYMENT

ACH (Automated Clearing House) / Direct Deposit

This method transfers funds electronically directly into our bank account. It reduces processing costs and paper waste. 

Paper Check

This method creates an easy-to-follow and easy-to-identify paper trail.
