Valuable Benefits for High Schools
BRANDING: As exemplified in the photo of high school coaches above, and in the photo of the football team below, high school branding provides a sense of pride and belonging to high school athletic teams.
CAREER GUIDANCE (Including College Prep): The Critical Zone book, From High School to Career Success by Dr. Alvin S. Perry, shown below, provides valuable career guidance much needed by high school students.
CHARACTER-BUILDING: A Students of Character Kit is provided as a virtual product to guide high school teachers who serve as character-building advisors to students participating in character-building activities during the school year.
FUNDRAISING: A Community Impact Day Planner is provided as a virtual product to plan an annual Community Impact Day when parents, civic leaders, religious leaders and business leaders are invited to showcase the special projects completed by participating students. This is a fundraising event.
BRANDING FOR ATHLETIC COACHES AND TEAMS
Neckwear, customized with the school logo and colors, brands each team and the coaches when they are visiting other schools, and when the team is off the court or playing field.

THE BOOK: HIGH SCHOOL TO CAREER SUCCESS
This book, pictured below by Dr. Alvin S. Perry, is used as a guide by students during the school year. Each participating student creates a document called a Personal Strategic Plan (or PSP).
CIP CAREER SUCCESS AWARDS DAY: On this day, selected by the High School Principal, participating students display their PSP documents for viewing by parents and other invited guests. Parents, students and administrators wear customized neckwear. Awards are issued to participating students and their parents by the High School Principal.
THE HIGH SCHOOL CIP ADMINISTRATOR: This person, selected by the Principal, invites teachers to select students to participate in the CIP Career Success Awards Day. Each student who participates creates a PSP document, based on requirements and guidelines published in the CIP PSP Guide.
INDUSTRIES OF INTEREST: Each PSP contains an industry of interest. PSP document displays are grouped by industry of interest.
INDUSTRY JUDGING PANELS: There is one industry judging panel for each industry represented.
COLLEGES OF INTEREST: If the PSP identifies a college degree and the colleges that offer that degree, some of these colleges are asked to send representatives.
