What Is CIP?

CIP (COMMUNITY IMPACT PROGRAM): The Community Impact Program is a comprehensive set of customizable school-year activities, supported by branded neckwear, that give students, teachers, administrators, and parents as strong, proud feeling of belonging. BowTie It Up wants these four groups (students, teachers, administrators, and parents) to feel like they belong, that they are one strong and proud educational unit. This is what CIP is all about. THE CIP IMPACT: The CIP Impact includes these four groups (students, teachers, administrators and parents. 

STUDENT IMPACT:  Students at the elementary school level, the middle school level, and the high school level perform better, behave better, learn more, and are better prepared for college and career success when they graduate.

TEACHER IMPACT: Teachers are less stressed and more satisfied with their work. They have a higher sense of belonging. They feel more respected. 

ADMINISTRATIVE IMPACT: School principals and assistant principals receive compliments from their school district superintendent and assistant superintendents on the progress demonstrated. This leads to improved ratings and promotional opportunities.  

PARENTAL IMPACT: Parents receive invitations from the CIP administrator at school to attend special student activities to wear customized neckwear. As parents arrive, they are presented with customized school neckwear for the game, after-school event or special activity. More parents feel involved. Parent interest expands. More parents become interested in school activities.

Version 2: School Program Administrator (SPA) $50

This version includes all customized neckwear included in the ACT Version plus the customizable SPA Kit below. This enables any school principal or assistant principal to plug-n-play customizable elments into the Community Impact Program. This expands CIP to meet a variety of needs and problem situations at your school. SPA is available to elementary schools, middle schools, and high schools.

A SMART GOAL-SETTING TEMPLATE: This tool is used by your CIP Administrator to quickly set measurable goals for the multi-week program period you select. 

A DTI CARD: This tool is used by your CIP Administrator to select the days on which branded neckwear is scheduled to be worn. (Dressed To Impress)

ANNUAL COMMUNITY IMPACT DAY PLANNER: This tool is used by your CIP Administrator to plan, design, and schedule this very special fundraising day.

Version 3: Career Action Plans (CAP) $50

This version includes the ACT Version, the SPA Version.

A VIRTUAL BUZZER VIDEOS (For elementary schools only: This video introduces Buzzer to the school principal. It is available via download as a free virtual product. The principal may order additional You order Buzzer videos as virtual video products for student reading and career development. You select the Buzzer video topic in advance. You select the video topic and preview the videos in advance. You select the days and times Buzzer videos are presented to incentivize certain classes and groups of students.
